NASCAR is known for providing companies with unmatched opportunities for corporate hospitality and business-to-business marketing. As the 2005 NASCAR season begins in Daytona, the NEXPRESS 2100 press will be running at full speed to support the VIP suite guests. Some documents being produced for VIP guests to make their race day experience more memorable include a customized race booklet, a personally customized calendar with up-to-the-minute race photos, and a live race poster. Guests will be invited to the No Limits Express to see the NEXPRESS 2100 press in action and talk with digital printing experts.
NexPress Solutions will be using a DSF-2000 Finishing System provided to the No Limits Express by the Duplo USA Corporation for these racing events and several other NASCAR races in the tour. The DSF-2000 will stitch, fold, and trim the printed output from the NEXPRESS 2100 press for the race booklets and customized 12-month calendars. The DUPLO finishing system features an OMR (optical mark recognition) system or optional barcode readers to ensure set integrity, which is essential for applications, such as the personalized calendar, that contain variable data.
"While we're kicking off the No Limits Express at the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series, NASCAR Bush Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races in Daytona Beach with some exciting printing initiatives for VIP suite guests, the goal of the No Limits Express tour is to showcase the power of digital printing available to our customers using NEXPRESS technology, which efficiently and reliably delivers outstanding color output and adds value to every printed piece. With the integration of NEXPRESS solutions and services, our customers can expand their business with new services, and their clients can achieve great success with higher impact marketing." said Alexander van Meeuwen, VP and regional general business manager, America's Region, NexPress Solutions.
After Daytona Beach, the next stop in the tour is Miami, Florida on March 1-4. More information on the tour cities is listed at http://www.nexpress.com/dyn/press/pc030204.jsp.
