Schwartz previously served as vice president and general manager of the APM (Application Performance Management) business unit at Veritas. Under his leadership sales grew annually by over 50% year to year. Prior to Veritas, Schwartz held the position of executive vice president and general manager of Precise Israel and was a vice president at Amdocs.
