Macro 4 Names Darryl R. Dobin President for Business Information Logistics for NA

January 11, 2005 – Parsippany, NJ and Crawley, England – Macro 4 Inc. today announced the appointment of Darryl R. Dobin as president of its Business Information Logistics (BIL) division. Dobin is an experienced veteran of many areas of the digital document marketplace, and he will have responsibility for all sales, operations and support for Macro 4’s BIL suite of solutions in the United States and Canada. The BIL suite is an all-encompassing set of solutions focused on output management, archiving, workflow and business process management, content analysis and transformation, and planning and forecasting. “We are extremely pleased to have an individual of Darryl’s background and experience joining the Macro 4 BIL team,” stated Michael Brand, worldwide director for BIL. “His extensive knowledge of the document space, operational and sales leadership, and strong partnering expertise will help accelerate our momentum in the North American marketplace. Darryl’s focus will be to rapidly develop the team, maintain customer service excellence, and expand business partnerships to contribute to the growth of the BIL business worldwide.” Prior to joining Macro 4, Dobin was president, the Americas, for GMC Software Technology, Inc., responsible for all sales, marketing, operations and support for this document composition supplier. He also headed his own consulting firm providing business development, M & A leadership, marketing strategy, and other services to a wide range of companies. His industry experience includes senior positions with Avolent in the EPP space; president and COO of Insci Corp. in the document archiving market; and president of NEPS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Moore Corp. competing in the document management and print on demand arena. Prior to joining NEPS, he held marketing and sales management positions with IBM and Xerox, primarily focusing on partner strategy and management. “I’m excited about the enormous potential at Macro 4 and specifically with the BIL solution suite,” stated Dobin. “Macro 4 has exceptional technology, a terrific support team, and unlimited opportunity in the North American marketplace.
