ROCHESTER, N.Y., Feb. 22—Innovative applications for growing digital print businesses, an expanded portfolio of solutions based on maximizing document management programs, and a robust roster of speakers sharing strategic insights mark Kodak's presence at the AIIM ON DEMAND Conference and Expo. Kodak occupies booth #1531 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center March 4-6.
"Print service providers will learn how the combination of digital printing and unified workflow can help grow their revenues and increase efficiencies," said Dave Wigfield, Managing Director, United States and Canada Region, Kodak's Graphic Communications Group. "In document imaging, we'll feature new and established desktop, networked and production scanners, software and solutions that help businesses more effectively capture, archive, extract and manage critical business information."
Growth Opportunities in Digital Printing
Through product demonstrations, video displays and sample materials, attendees will see how solutions from Kodak work together to create programs that achieve effective marketing results.
Featured applications include a multifaceted print campaign in which franchisees of a travel agency place orders via a web to print storefront. In another scenario, a credit card company utilizes TransPromo communications to build customer loyalty. Cardholders receive highly targeted promotional offers from partner companies with their monthly bills. Another program spotlights the benefits of personalizing and adding color to transactional statements.
Materials from the different campaigns are printed using various electrophotographic and inkjet digital printing solutions from Kodak, including the KODAK NEXPRESS Digital Production Color Presses, KODAK VERSAMARK VL2000 Printing System, and KODAK VERSAMARK VT3000 Printing System.
KODAK Unified Workflow Solutions will be demonstrated through these campaigns and other applications. KODAK PRINERGY Workflow System 4.0, KODAK INSITE Creative Workflow System, KODAK INSITE Prepress Portal System, KODAK INSITE Variable Data Print System, and KODAK SMARTBOARD Document Mastering Software 5.0 will be on display.
For digital print providers, a fully automated workflow serves as an important differentiator that can help enhance profitability and competitive positions. KODAK Unified Workflow Solutions deliver flexibility and automation in the digital print environment by seamlessly integrating with Kodak's digital color presses.
To further support digital print providers with marketing and business programs to help build their print services, enhancements to KODAK MARKETMOVER Business Development Services will be featured.
Enhanced Productivity with Document Management
Kodak's expanding set of document imaging products and capture based solutions to help end users further optimize business productivity will be featured at the AIIM ON DEMAND show. New scanners, software, and enhancements to existing solutions and established products will be on display.

For high volume demands, Kodak will show its recently announced KODAK i780 Scanner and flagship KODAK i1840 and i1860 Scanners.
For networked scanning, attendees will see the KODAK Scan Station 100 with NSI AUTOSTORE Software. The Scan Station 100 with AUTOSTORE Software combination enables users to scan once, deliver documents to multiple formats, and store them as usable data.
