New York, NY; December 2, 2004 — Integrated Color Solutions (ICS) — the technology leader in providing color management solutions to industries where color accuracy is critical — announced today Darrell Harvey has joined its Board of Directors. “We are excited to have Darrell join ICS as a Director,” said Jeffrey Silverman, ICS President and CEO. “His experience with fast growing companies will be a great contribution to the ICS team as we continue to expand.” Harvey is Co-Chief Executive Officer of The Ashforth Company, a full-service real estate operating company specializing in office properties. Prior to joining Ashforth in 1978, he was an attorney at the Boston law firm of Hill & Barlow and worked for the Bedford-Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation in Brooklyn, New York. Harvey is on the Board of Directors of Paradigm Holdings, Warburg Realty Partnership, and Benchmark Assisted Living. He is a member of World Presidents’ Organization, Chief Executives’ Organization, the Urban Land Institute as well as a member and former Chairman of the Board of the Stamford Hospital.
