Darrell Harvey Joins ICS Board of Directors

New York, NY; December 2, 2004 — Integrated Color Solutions (ICS) — the technology leader in providing color management solutions to industries where color accuracy is critical — announced today Darrell Harvey has joined its Board of Directors. “We are excited to have Darrell join ICS as a Director,” said Jeffrey Silverman, ICS President and CEO. “His experience with fast growing companies will be a great contribution to the ICS team as we continue to expand.” Harvey is Co-Chief Executive Officer of The Ashforth Company, a full-service real estate operating company specializing in office properties. Prior to joining Ashforth in 1978, he was an attorney at the Boston law firm of Hill & Barlow and worked for the Bedford-Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation in Brooklyn, New York. Harvey is on the Board of Directors of Paradigm Holdings, Warburg Realty Partnership, and Benchmark Assisted Living. He is a member of World Presidents’ Organization, Chief Executives’ Organization, the Urban Land Institute as well as a member and former Chairman of the Board of the Stamford Hospital. Harvey also serves on the Board and Executive Committee of SACIA, The Business Council of Southwestern Connecticut. “I look forward to joining the ICS Board and its team of experienced professionals,” said Mr. Harvey. “ICS’ momentum in the marketplace as a technology leader is increasing both nationally and internationally and I am eager to contribute to its success during the coming years.” Harvey is a cum laude graduate of Harvard College and holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School, where he was an editor of the Virginia Law Review. Harvey currently resides in Darien, CT with his wife and three children.
