Exhibitors To Showcase Innovations At Printfest

Press release from the issuing company

TUSTIN, Calif., (Feb. 15, 2008) Expected to attract 2,500 to 3,000 attendees ? nearly double the audience of the 2007 show ? PrintFest 2008 continues it's steady growth with more exhibitors participating than ever.  The two-day expo, which is the first to connect the world of print with marketing, creative, and cross media, will take place at its new home at the Anaheim Convention Center, March 28-29, 2008.  To date, 150 exhibitors are scheduled to showcase their newest tools and product offerings to commercial and inplant printers in the main PrintFest expo, while printers and other service providers will be demonstrating the latest solutions for marketers, designers and print buyers in the new DMwest pavilion.

At PrintFest 2008, exhibitor and official cross media campaign Premiere Sponsor Xeikon/Punch Graphix Americas will showcase a range of unique digital color applications all produced on Xeikon's flagship product, the Xeikon 6000.   "Unlike the other digital color presses, the Xeikon 6000 does not have any frame or sheet size restrictions. It has a web width of 20 inches and virtually no restriction on the length of the printed page. This format flexibility, combined with an unparalleled speed of 170 letter-size pages per minute, provides a competitive advantage to the Xeikon 6000 in terms of duty cycle and productivity," said Michael Ring, chief marketing officer and vice president of business development, Xeikon/Punch Graphix Americas, who will also be featured in the Keynote presentation on Friday morning.

Exhibitor xpedx, which serves graphic professionals across creative, pre-press, on-press and post-press functions, will be demonstrating a RYOBI six-up, high-speed multi-color press running live on the expo floor in booth #335.  They'll also demonstrate an FMA offline UV coater and a C.P.
