Scanvec Amiable Appoints Dr. Ramon Harel as Chairman and Mark Blundell as President and CEO

PHILADELPHIA--Nov. 9, 2004-- Scanvec Amiable, Inc., the recognized global leader in providing complete, professional software solutions from design to production for the sign making and large format digital printing industries, today announced that it has appointed Dr. Ramon Harel, 75, to the position of Chairman of its Board of Directors as of the close of business on December 31, 2004.
Mr. Mark Blundell, 46, the current Chairman, will become President and CEO on January 1, 2005 thereby assuming the positions previously held by Dr. Harel.
Dr. Harel, who co-founded the Company in 1989, has served the Company in various capacities over the years. He will continue to remain actively involved in the Company's business including maintaining and developing strategic relationships and heading the color copier project.
Mark Blundell has had almost 20 years of experience in managing businesses, including a publicly traded software company - he was the President and CEO of New Paradigm Software Corporation, a company active in the Enterprise Application Integration area. Previously, he was the CEO of the London Futures and Options Exchange, where he was responsible for the introduction of the first internationally networked screen trading exchange.
Dr. Harel stated, "After all my years with the Company, and now that the Company has achieved a period of stability, this is the appropriate time to turn over the reins to a younger generation. I am pleased to be continuing my involvement as Chairman and I anticipate a bright future for Scanvec Amiable."

The Company also announced that its agreement to purchase all the stock of Treved LLC in exchange for two million shares of the Company's common stock was terminated by mutual consent.
