LANHAM, Md., Sept. 27 -- Group 1 Software, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc., today announced that it was awarded a Xplor Brazil Excellence Award for DOC1 Series 5. DOC1 Series 5 is a customer communication management (CCM) solution combining data acquisition and cleansing with personalized document creation, multi-channel delivery, long-term retention and closed-loop feedback. Group 1 introduced this revolutionary version of its award-winning software in April of this year.
