Ron J. Gilboa Joins Kodak Versamark as Vice President of Marketing

DAYTON, OH, 08/20/04 -- Kodak Versamark, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastman Kodak Company, today announced the appointment of Ron J. Gilboa as vice president of Marketing, reporting to Kazem Samandari, executive vice president, Global Sales and Marketing. The appointment is effective August 16, 2004. Gilboa is well known in the print industry as a consultant with InfoTrends/CAP Ventures where he most recently served as director for the company's Print On Demand Printing and Publishing Consulting Service. He has over 15 years of corporate and user experience in graphic arts and electronic imaging and technical expertise in digital prepress and job workflow. Prior to an 8-year career with CAPV, Gilboa held product management and product marketing positions at Scitex America Corporation. "We are delighted to welcome Ron to Versamark," commented Samandari. "He has extensive knowledge of the market and its requirements for production digital color printing and is highly regarded as a subject-matter expert in the printing industry worldwide.
