Deluxe Adds Two New Directors

ST. PAUL, Minn., July 27 -- Deluxe Corporation announced the addition of Isaiah (Ike) Harris, Jr. and T. Michael Glenn to its Board of Directors. This brings the total number of directors to 11, nine of whom are independent of management. Harris, 51, is president of BellSouth Enterprises, an operating segment of BellSouth Corporation in Atlanta, Ga. BellSouth Corporation is a communications services company that serves more than 45 million local, long distance, Internet, and wireless customers in the United States and 13 other countries. "Ike brings nearly 30 years of business experience to our board," said Lawrence J. Mosner, chairman and CEO of Deluxe, "and has worked both in general management and all areas of corporate finance. In addition, he brings a set of values and principles that will enhance Deluxe's leadership position. He will be an asset to our board and the company." Harris has been with BellSouth Corporation since 1997, and before that was with SUPERVALU and Peat Marwick Main & Co. He holds a BS from Iowa State University, an executive MBA from the University of Minnesota, and is a certified public accountant. Glenn, 48, is executive vice president, market development and corporate communications for FedEx Corporation and President and Chief Executive Officer, FedEx Corporate Services. FedEx Corporation is a global provider of transportation, e-commerce and supply chain services. "Mike is a proven executive with outstanding marketing, sales, customer service, and strategic planning experience," Mosner said. "He has helped FedEx build one of the most recognized brands in the world. We look forward to having his counsel." Glenn has been with FedEx Corporation since 1981 and before that was with Dover Corporation. He holds a BA from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
