January 6, 2004 -- K-North inc. the distributor of KOMORI printing presses in Ontario and Western Canada has announced the sale of two new KOMORI presses in Canada. One to RP Graphics Group in Mississauga,Ontario. They have recently installed a new KOMORI S-40 6/c with Anilox Tower Coater and extended delivery. The press is also equipped with KOMORI APC- Automatic Plate Changers, Roller, blanket and impression cylinder washers,PDC-S close looped Spectral and Density control as well as KOMORI's colour connection software that allows digital data to be sent from Pre-Press to press. The S-40 is the recent winner of many international awards including the 2003 GATF Intertech award for technology, The 2003 German IF design award as well as the 2002 Good design award. The new KOMORI 28" is KOMORI's 80th anniversary model marking KOMORI's 80 years of manufacturing printing presses. The new Lithrone 28" comes equipped with Semi automatic plate changers, Automatic roller and blanket washers, and Tower coater and extended delivery.
