Press release from the issuing company
SAN JOSE, Calif.--Dec. 3, 2003-- Adobe announced the appointment of Mike Cannon to its board of directors. Cannon is president and CEO of Solectron Corporation, an $11 billion global manufacturing and supply chain management services company.
Cannon brings more than 25 years of operations and technology experience to his role as an Adobe board member. "As we build out our core solution platforms and related business strategies, Mike will help drive decisions that serve the best interests of our customers and shareholders. His engineering, operations and executive management background complements the other board members and their individual areas of expertise."
