Oce Names Mal Baboyian President of Oce Digital Document Systems

CHICAGO, Nov. 26 -- Oce, a leading supplier of digital document management solutions, announced today that Malkon S. Baboyian has been appointed President of the Digital Document Systems Division of Oce North America effective December 1, 2003. Mr. Baboyian is currently President of the Oce-USA, Inc., the business unit that includes Oce Wide Format Printing Systems. Mr. Baboyian replaces Tom Long, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Joseph R. Marciano has been appointed interim President of the Wide Format Printing Systems division effective December 1. Mr. Marciano remains President of Arkwright, Inc. as well as interim president of Archer Management Services, two other Oce companies. Mr. Baboyian has 27 years of sales and executive management experience with Oce working in both the wide format and narrow format businesses. He has been the head of the Wide Format business unit since November 1990 and has been instrumental in building it into a market leader.
