HAPSCO Design and Printing Announces Several Staff Changes

HARRISBURG, Pa., July 29 -- HAPSCO Design and Printing Services, Inc., of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, today announced several staff changes reflecting the firm's enhanced capabilities. Sandy Shirk has been promoted to director of HAPSCO. She has 20 years' experience in graphic design, print production, photography, sales, advertising, and customer service. For the past nine years, Shirk has held a number of positions with HAPSCO, including art department, billing, operations, and customer service supervisor; and account specialist. During her tenure, HAPSCO's outside revenue has enjoyed double-digit growth. Shirk is a resident of Leola, Pennsylvania. Keith Hoffman has been promoted to Production Supervisor. Hoffman has been in the graphics and printing industry for nearly three decades, and he has been with HAPSCO since 1994. He has extensive experience as a pressman and pressroom supervisor, and he is proficient in all areas of print production technology, including 2- and 4-color sheet-fed presses and 4- and 5-color web presses. Hoffman is a resident of Dauphin, Pennsylvania. Beth Feltenberger has joined HAPSCO as customer service representative and estimator. Feltenberger has 20 years' experience in print production management using both sheet-fed and web-offset technologies, graphic design and desktop publishing, pre-press, and scheduling. Feltenberger is a resident of Middletown, Pennsylvania.
