HUDSON, N.H., July 23 -- Presstek, Inc., a leading provider of direct digital imaging technologies to the printing and publishing industry, today announced that it has entered into OEM agreements with Heidelberg, under which Presstek will manufacture and supply Heidelberg branded consumable plate products for the Heidelberg product line Quickmaster DI 46-4 press. Heidelberg will market the Presstek manufactured consumables under the brand name Saphira Quickplate 46. The agreement provides Presstek with certain preferred supplier rights, which vary depending on territory, time period and sales volume. Presstek President and Chief Executive Officer Edward J.
