Wendell L. Wilson Named Chief Marketing Officer for Oce in North America

CHICAGO, July 17 -- Oce, a leader in digital document management and delivery technology, today appointed Wendell L. Wilson as its first Chief Marketing Officer for all Oce operations in North America. He will report directly to the President and CEO of Oce-USA Holding, Ronald E. Daly.
"Developments in the marketplace have led to creation of this position," commented Mr. Daly in making the appointment. "There are a number of large corporations, government bodies, and commercial printers that require solutions drawing on the resources of all Oce units. Wendell will head a group of marketers, strategists, and sales representatives who will allow us to efficiently understand and address the needs of these customers."
Oce-USA Holding is a $1.3 billion company, based in Chicago, which includes Archer Management Services (document and office services outsourcing), Oce Printing Systems USA (office, data center, and production printing solutions), Oce-USA (wide format printing solutions), and Arkwright (imaging media development).
Each business unit will maintain its current marketing structure and will support the corporate marketing group in delivering solutions where the resources of the different groups are required.
Mr. Wilson, 56, joined Oce in October 1999 as Group Vice President for Oce Document Printing Systems. Since December 2002, he has been Senior Vice President of Marketing for Oce Printing Systems. Prior to Oce, Mr. Wilson worked at Xerox Corporation where he managed a variety of marketing, product, and technology programs including DocuPrint and the implementation of digital strategies for several of Xerox's largest clients. Subsequently, Wendell was Executive Vice President and General Manager of the CopyMax division of OfficeMax, Inc. and Vice President, Operations and Product Management for Kinko's.
