Pitney Bowes Gets $18 Million FM Contract from DOJ

STAMFORD, Conn., June 17 -- Pitney Bowes Management Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. has signed a contract, valued at $18 million dollars, to provide the U.S. Department of Justice's (DOJ) Executive Office, Environmental and Natural Resource Division with high volume mail and document management solutions for up to five years. Among the key legal document management services provided to the Washington D.C and Colorado locations via Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS) are mail, courier, centralized reprographics, fleet management, records management and imaging.

PBMS will introduce Pitney Bowes on the Desk, an integrated web-portal tool that provides information on PBMS services and a vehicle for end-users to communicate with PBMS service centers or Document Solution Centers. In addition, PBMS will use its proprietary Arrival Track and Trace solution to record and manage package delivery throughout the organization.
