Westmont, IL — Steve Gilland is the new Chief Financial Officer of MAN Roland Inc., where he has responsibility for finance, IT/IS and the spare parts business. He is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Gilland comes to MAN Roland from Nordstrom, where he was initially in charge of Corporate Strategy and most recently was Vice President and CFO of Nordstrom Rack. Prior to joining Nordstrom, Gilland worked with an internationally acclaimed management consulting firm, where he assisted many industrial and consumer products companies in developing profitable growth strategies. MAN Roland’s new CFO also has manufacturing experience, having held positions in industrial engineering and product management with a division of Northern Telecom that produced underwater, fiber-optic cable. Gilland holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University as well as a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford.
