Press release from the issuing company
July 10, 2007 -- Former General Manager Pieter S. de Groot of the used machinery specialist Graphic Web Systems B.V. in Schijndel, has transferred to the innovative and rapidly growing Q.I. Press Controls in Oosterhout. The transfer is a logical step given the interim activities that Pieter de Groot has already undertaken at Q.I. Press Controls.
Q.I. Press Controls is a company that supplies intelligent measurement- and control systems for the graphic industry worldwide . The company expects continued strong growth because of the innovative IDS (Intelligent Density System) the first systems of which are now running successfully. The equipment is a breakthrough in the field of consistent colour density reproduction. After many years of research a concept has been developed that can make “on-line”,”closed-loop” CIELab colour measurements on a free running web without register marks or reference colour bars. IDS enables print shops to substantially reduce labour and waste.
Because of the continued strong growth of Q.I. Press Controls, Pieter de Groot has been taken on. He will join the current Chairmen and founder’s Mr Erik van Holten and Mr Menno Jansen.
