Herrott Rejoins NAPL As Senior Financial Analyst

Press release from the issuing company

PARAMUS, N.J., March 19, 2003 -- William (Bill) Herrott has rejoined the National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL) as senior financial analyst, following a one-year hiatus from the Association (www.napl.org) to assist in a printing company turnaround as chief financial officer. Herrott, who originally joined NAPL in 1986 as lead staff consultant, has helped hundreds of NAPL members companies construct and strengthen their cost and profit systems through one or more of his specialties, which include: • Capital equipment decisions. • Equipment/machinery appraisals. • Company valuations. • Internal costs and financial systems assessments. • Budgeted hourly rate (BHR) construction. • Transitioning to activity-based costing (ABC). NAPL members companies have consistently given the highest ratings for quality, responsiveness, and on-target recommendations to the work Herrott has done on their behalf. The addition of Herrott to NAPL’s Business Advisory Network, comprising consultants in all disciplines, strengthens the Association’s ability to assist members with the full range of costing, profitability, and financial management issues. Herrott began his career with a 15-year stint at ink manufacturer Inmont, where he served in various cost accounting and general accounting functions. He then joined an electronics company as cost manager, before joining NAPL in 1986. He is a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers. Herrott will be based at NAPL’s headquarters in Paramus, N.J., where he may be reached at (800) 642.6372, ext. 1307.
