Press release from the issuing company

Feb. 11 - PLM Group today announced it has created PLM Digital Services, a new division within the company responsible for harnessing PLM's growing and market-leading digital printing and direct mail operations, including PLM 1:1 and recently acquired Mailer Magic. PLM also announced the appointment of Marc Fortier as President of PLM Digital Services. A 14 year veteran of the industry, Mr. Fortier was previously PLM's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "Our goal, both with the creation of a new division and Marc's appointment, is to ensure that our digital marketing and direct mail capabilities receive the attention and profile they deserve," said PLM President and Chief Operating officer, Dave Stuart. "We now command the leading capabilities in these fields and to capitalize on our strength and generate growth throughout North America, we need a well-coordinated plan. This begins with having a dedicated executive team, which will be ably led byMarc Fortier who has developed an excellent reputation in our industry over many years." Said Mr. Fortier: "The demand for digital services will only increase in the future and along with this escalation will come more opportunities, not only for PLM's digital operations, but also our core web and sheet fed printing operations. We see digital services as a long-term driver of print and by tightly coordinating these complementary capabilities, we believe PLM can generate substantial new work in the future, from both existing and new clients that value a single source solution which maximizes their marketing expenditures. I'm very excited to be working with the talented, experienced teams at PLM 1:1 and Mailer Magic. I'm very bullish about what we can accomplish together." "PLM 1:1 has been the driving force behind the growth of PLM's direct marketing capabilities, the addition of Mailer Magic, Canada's largest off- line inkjet imaging and finishing enterprise, confirms our commitment to this segment of our industry", said Rob Seccareccia of PLM 1:1. As a result of this expansion, PLM is now considered a North American leader in offline digital inkjet imaging, data management and personalization, which are key capabilities for many of today's largest and most successful financial services, automotive and pharmaceutical companies - PLM's core end- use customers. "Our digital capabilities definitely give us a distinct competitive advantage in the commercial print industry," said Mr. Fortier. "We intend to fully capitalize on that advantage in the years to come."
