TORONTO, ONTARIO -- Communicorp Corporation announces that with an effective date of December 9, 2002, Harvey Wortsman ceases to be employed by the Company as President and Chief Executive Officer of Communicorp, while continuing to serve on its Board of Directors. Mr. Eugene Karadjian, the current Chairman of the Board, has agreed to act as the new President of the Company.
