President of R.R. Donnelley Print Solutions Takes CEO Job at Oce-USA Holding

Nov. 7 -- Ronald E. Daly will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of Oce-USA Holding, Inc. on December 1, 2002. He will succeed Mr. Giovanni B. Pelizzari, who will retire on November 30, 2002.
Mr. Daly has held various management positions at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a leader in the printing industry with annual revenue of $ 5.3 billion. Mr. Daly was President R.R. Donnelley Print Solutions where he was responsible for magazine, book, telephone directory and catalog/retail insert printing as well as premedia services.
Michael B. Allen, executive vice president for R.R. Donnelley Print Solutions, and Robert S. Pyzdrowski, president of operations for R.R. Donnelley Print Solutions, will assume the responsibilities as co-leaders of the business unit for the near future. This transition is effective immediately.
Mr. Pelizzari had a career of 28 years with Oce. Since 1998, he has been a member of the Executive Board of Oce N.V. and Chief Executive Officer of Oce-USA Holding, Inc.

As co-leaders of R.R. Donnelley Print Solutions, Allen, 42, and Pyzdrowski, 49, combined have more than 46 years of printing experience. Allen and Pyzdrowski will draw from their broad management experiences to lead R.R. Donnelley Print Solutions through its transformation.
