Bloomington, IN, Nov 4, 2002 - StaffingTools.com announced today it has been awarded a contract with The San Diego Union-Tribune, the nation's 21st largest newspaper, to provide testing, training and custom development services. StaffingTools is a national service provider and with this contract, StaffingTools will design customized training programs to meet the needs of the newspaper industry. As part of its services, StaffingTools will develop training for the Morcor Solutions, Xpance advertising management system. The StaffingTools Learning Management System will be used to track and manage testing and training for Union-Tribune advertising production staff.
