DESOTO, Texas---Aug. 26, 2002--Ennis Business Forms, Inc. announced today that they have signed a letter of intent to acquire Calibrated Forms Co., Inc., a business forms manufacturer, headquartered in Columbus, Kan. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Keith S.
