Xaar Welcomes Industry Partners to Integration and Consultancy Program

Press release from the issuing company

Xaar plc welcomes three new industry partners to its Integration and Consultancy Program in the shape of Sericol, Avecia and Ceema Technology. July 30, 2002 -- Launched at IPEX 2002, the Integration and Consultancy Program is designed to help manufacturers and printers across Europe develop and integrate Xaar’s digital printing solutions, bridging the gap between print machine components and the finished product. Together, Sericol and Avecia offer extensive expertise in inks and chemicals development and management, whilst Ceema Technology brings industrial design and engineering consultancy to the partnership. The three new partner companies join SunJet, Yminds and The Technology Partnership to further strengthen the Integration and Consultancy Program’s offering. Jan Fineman, Chief Executive of Xaar, comments, "Xaar formed the Integration and Consultancy Program to channel the enquiries it was receiving from manufacturers and printers looking for an integration solution. Operating as a central body, the Program provides advice and solutions through its specialist industry partners. These have been specifically identified by Xaar for their understanding of its technology and their ability to deliver quality of support to match that offered by Xaar itself." The Integration and Consultancy Program offers a comprehensive choice for customers seeking support from ‘total solutions’ system integrators able to deploy integrated machine solutions into broader production workflow environments. In addition, the Program offers a range of more specialised companies focused on key areas critical to the success of the finished applications, such as software development, ink formulation and mechanical engineering. Xaar has provided comprehensive training for its partners on its products and technology and provides regular ‘refresher’ and update sessions, so that they in turn can offer the best possible advice through their participation in the Program.
