Burton, President and Chief Executive Officer of Moore Corporation Limited announced the creation of a Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors for the corporation. The Nominating and Governance Committee will be responsible for among other things, fostering and enhancing the governance structure for the corporation. Robert G.
