Company Names Former Amazon.com and Visio Controller, Gina Meyers, Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller KIRKLAND, Wash., March 13 - ImageX, a provider of online solutions for distributing, managing and producing sales and marketing materials, today announced it has named Gina Meyers to the position of vice president, finance and corporate controller. Meyers' background includes more than 15 years of corporate finance and accounting experience. Most recently, Meyers held the post of Corporate Controller at Visio Corporation, which was acquired by Microsoft Corporation in 2000. Meyers was responsible for establishing and managing Visio's worldwide accounting policies. In addition, she was a key member of the team that negotiated the sale of Visio to Microsoft. Prior to joining Visio, Meyers was corporate controller at Amazon.com. As the first controller at Amazon.com, she established the accounting department from the ground up and was instrumental in deploying many Amazon.com accounting processes and systems. Meyers has also held finance management positions at Data I/O Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
