Cenosis Appoints Jocelyn Desy as President

February 25, 2002 - Cenosis is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jocelyn Desy as President of Cenosis Inc. Mr. Desy is also joining the Company's Board of Directors and will assume the equivalent role for the Company's KangaCom Inc. subsidiary. Mr. Desy obtained his engineering degree in 1973 and has held various management positions with Bell Canada during his 21 years with that company. Before joining Cenosis, he served as Assistant Vice President, Major and International Accounts with Bell Canada, where he led the KangaCom project from its inception to its operational launch. More recently, Mr. Desy held the position of Vice President, Business Development of Cenosis Inc. Mr. Richard Corbo is leaving his position as President of Cenosis Inc. and will now act as Chairman of the Board & CEO of the Company. Mr. Francois Lincourt has stepped down as Chairman of the Board but will stay on as a director of the Company. The Company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Lincourt for guiding it through a tumultuous period and looks forward to benefiting from his ongoing contribution as a board member. "Mr. Desy's appointment is a key factor in the reorganization of Cenosis. His broad vision of the industry will be of great help in the relaunch of our activities. His mandate will be to maximize our partnerships and generate profit and growth," said Richard Corbo. This appointment is subject to the approval of regulatory authorities.
