LOD, Israel, February 21, 2002 - NUR Macroprinters announced that Alon Avnon has been appointed to the newly created position of Corporate Vice President of Sales, in addition to his current role as VP Business Development. The new appointment is key to the company's program to develop an aggressive centralized and structured sales infrastructure to serve customers worldwide. In this new role at NUR Macroprinters, Alon Avnon will be responsible for the company's sales activities worldwide. His objective is to further build and reinforce the company's direct and indirect sales channels to respond to rapidly changing conditions in the wide-format printing marketplace in which NUR Macroprinters operates. Avnon will work with the managing directors of NUR's regional sales and service subsidiaries to ensure a coherent and competitive commercial operation worldwide.
