xpedx to Distribute PGIs Prediction & PolaProof Digital Systems and Consumables

BEDFORD, MA, February 21, 2002 – PGI (Polaroid Graphics Imaging LLC) has signed a dealer distribution agreement with xpedx, a division of International Paper, and a market leader in the distribution of graphic imaging prepress equipment and supplies to the printing and packaging industries.
xpedx is now a national distributor of PGI's family of advanced digital halftone proofing systems, including the fully automatic Prediction system and the PolaProof Imager Gold systems. Under terms of the agreement, xpedx will also distribute all consumables for PGI's proofing and other systems.
PGI products will be available through the 120 xpedx distribution centers across North America, and through xpedx.com, a comprehensive e-commerce website providing on-line order capability with 24/7 access.
