Prolatus Names New Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President

MINNEAPOLIS-Feb. 5, 2002--Prolatus has hired Chris Hoffmann as its Chief Marketing Officer. Hoffmann recently served as CEO of Hoffmann Optimization, a sales development and consulting firm. Before that, he was a Vice President with Gartner, Inc.
Prior to Gartner, Mr. Hoffmann spent 2 years as Director of Sales and Marketing for GE Capital Consulting, and spent nearly 8 years at IBM Corporation in various sales positions. He will lead the Prolatus sales, marketing and alliance development efforts
Also, Prolatus has promoted Christopher Rywelski to Executive Vice President. Rywelski was a founding member of the 26-person firm and most recently held the position of Chief Technology Officer. In this new role, Rywelski will expand responsibilities to include company operations and product development.
