SCOTTSDALE, AZ (January 24, 2002)–CRC Information Systems, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Erv Ratazak to the position of President. As President Mr. Ratazak will assist in implementing strategic operating procedures in all departments in the company and will oversee daily operations in the customer support and training departments. Mr. Ratazak has been with CRC for over fifteen years and has held a number of top positions including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Training. “When considering likely candidates, the primary qualification was an in-depth understanding of both our software and the needs of our current and prospective customers,” says Henry S. Hebing, Chief Executive Officer of CRC. “Erv has always played a key role in every area of the company from product development and marketing to sales, implementation, and support. He knows the product very well and has had much success in developing customer relationships at the executive, management, and end-user levels. These qualities should serve him well as President.” Mr. Ratazak will be working closely with the other members of CRC’s Executive Management Team in developing overall corporate strategies.
