Northwest Coatings offers PSA’s with viscosities ranging from 750 to more than 5000 centipoise. Physical properties have included >5 pounds/inch peel strength, >5 pounds/square inch loop tack and >50 hours room temperature shear. The driving force behind the interest in UV/EB PSA’s appears to be the continued interest in having the ability to apply and cure the adhesives in-line on existing equipment.
