BOSTON-- Sprockets, the Web-based project management solutions provider to marketing groups and their advertising and public relations agency partners, today announced the addition of the Review & Approval module, a new dashboard feature and hierarchal folder support to its application. The new Review & Approval Module enables users to post their work, create a list of reviewers who are automatically notified via email that they are included in the review and allows the user to collect the comments, receive file updates and be notified of sign-offs. Anytype of document can be uploaded for review and many formats can be previewed right on-line. Reviewers simply enter the project, review the posted documents, write their comments and decide whether or not to sign-off on the work. This tool gives users the ability to review sign-off status and comments at any time. All comments are locked once they are posted, effectively creating a digital paper trail of who signed-off and when. The new dashboard feature provides an integrated listing of all current projects organized by tracking folders. The user will see the dashboard page immediately upon log-in, enabling them to easily navigate through Projects and Press Kits as well as give them the ability to initiate new Projects, Press Kits or File Deliveries.
