New Itoh Paper Unloader Demonstrated by LDR International at Print 01
Press release from the issuing company
PORTLAND, OR - September 11, 2001 -- LDR International (http://www.LDR.com) will be demonstrating the new Itoh Paper Unloaded (RU 4.0) at booth 4520 at Print '01 in Chicago September 6-13, 2001.
It is now widely recognized in finishing shops that the use of paper handling equipment can increase the production of a paper cutter from 300% to 600%. Operator fatique is reduced and production is increased at the same time. Back injuries and carpal tunnel syndrome are also greatly reduced or eliminated.
The latest Itoh Unloader (model RU 4.0) features electronic eyes for no makeready when changing sheet sizes. It is possible to go from the smallest to the largest sheet size without making any manual adjustments to the machine. A touch screen monitor displays error messages and allows micro adjustments for difficult stacking jobs.
Compact and highly efficient, the RU 4.0 Paper Unloader is designed to stack up paper sheets on a pallet, thus reducing the load on the operator and eliminating the need for pit construction. It can be connected to any paper cutter. Other features include ease of operation, flat rear design, slide down system, and a self-check function via LCD panel.
Print '01 is the largest, most comprehensive trade show in the world this year for graphic design, digital prepress, printing, publishing, and converting technology. The show will be held at McCormick Place Complex in Chicago, IL, from September 6-13, 2001.
