Kennesaw, Georgia -- Heidelberg USA announces the recent expansion of its ISO 9002 certification to include its 10 regional sales and service offices across the U.S.  After successful audits from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, the regional offices were additions to the current Heidelberg USA ISO certificate. The recently certified offices are located in: Hayward, California Rancho Dominguez, California Kennesaw, Georgia Mt. Prospect, Illinois Columbia, Maryland Canton, Massachusetts Taylor, Michigan Eden Prairie, Minnesota Cranbury, New Jersey Dallas, Texas The addition of the regional offices complements Heidelberg USA's previous ISO 9002 certification obtained in December 1999, which included the Heidelberg USA Corporate Office in Kennesaw, Georgia and the national warehouse and distribution center in Mt. Olive, New Jersey. The scope of Heidelberg USA's certification now includes the sale and installation of new prepress, printing, and postpress equipment; equipment servicing; and the sale of replacement parts. Heidelberg is the only major offset press supplier in the U.S. that is ISO certified from manufacture through distribution, sales, installation, servicing and parts support. Heidelberg voluntarily met the internationally recognized standards for quality management systems to further demonstrate our commitment to delivering quality products and services to our customers. While very significant in itself, the Heidelberg USA nationwide certification is just one aspect of our continuous quality improvement efforts and on-going commitment to customer satisfaction.
