Quark Executive to Kick Off Seybold San Francisco 2001

August 28, 2001 DENVER -- Quark Inc. today announced that Quark vice president of product management Juergen Kurz will present the opening special keynote address at Seybold San Francisco 2001 on Monday, September 24, at 12:15 p.m. PDT in the Esplanade Ballroom at the Moscone Center. Seybold San Francisco 2001 will be held September 24-28 at the Moscone Center. Kurz will discuss media-independent publishing, the practice of creating, managing, and delivering content flexibly and efficiently. Quark changed the course of publishing with the release of QuarkXPress, which is used by more than two million customers around the world. Kurz will demonstrate how Quark customers can extend their successful print businesses to take advantage of multiple media without multiplying cost and effort for each distribution format. Quark product managers will unveil new technologies for content management and collaborative publishing. A press-only question and answer session will follow the keynote address.
