(September 29, 2008) Attendees for next month's Graph Expo can save time and jumpstart their research in preparation for the show by checking out manroland's newly updated Web site at www.manroland.us.com. manroland's clever approach of using video and pop-ups gives visitors an insightful preview about its PRINTVALUE program and other events planned around the show, which runs from October 26-29 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
The Graph Expo section can be found at the bottom of the Home page and accessed by clicking on the box.
Rick Reitz, who handles various responsibilities for manroland at each Graph Expo event, weaves short and precise information into each video clip. He discusses each of the PRINTVALUE programs, which includes the contract portions of printservices, printnet, printcom, and printadvice, as each provides 360° of service to the printing industry. The highly anticipated portfolio makes its North American debut at Graph Expo after being launched at drupa last June.
As each video rolls, in-depth copy appears below Reitz to explain each program. Viewers have the choice to scroll over each discipline and read about how printservices can 'optimize productivity', why printnet 'improves workflow', that printcom can help 'achieve consistency', and how printadvice can 'maximize potential' for any printer.
"Our updated Web site reflects the philosophy we have adopted as part of the new manroland and unveiling PRINTVALUE at Graph Expo is exciting for us," said manroland CEO Vince Lapinski. "This is our opportunity to show how PRINTVALUE turned a dynamic support concept into reality. If you are attending Graph Expo this year, it is a must for you to see. PRINTVALUE is another way of letting our customers and the industry know that 'We Hear You'."
The manroland Web site also offers additional information about, free in-booth training seminars, the morning breakfast and large format press demonstrations at the Print Technology Center in nearby Westmont, and sponsorship of Dr. Joe Webb's annual industry forecast seminar on October 28. More news and Graph Expo updates will continue to be posted on the Web site.
