MENASHA, Wis., Aug. 9 Banta Corporation President and Chief Operating Officer Stephanie A. Streeter has been elected to the Banta Board of Directors. Her addition brings to 10 the number of directors serving on the Board. Streeter, 43, joined Banta this past January in her current position, having been Chief Operating Officer of idealab! and, prior to that, Group Vice President for Worldwide Office Products at Avery Dennison Corporation. Banta Corporation Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Donald D. Belcher says Streeter brings to the Board a valuable combination of operational knowledge and diverse industry expertise. "Since joining Banta, Stephanie has rapidly applied her unique background to provide a fresh look at our operational systems and structure,'' says Belcher. "Her leadership has already set in motion a number of important tactical and strategic initiatives. The Board will greatly benefit from her hands-on operational knowledge, global business exposure and digital technology experience.'' Prior to joining Banta Streeter was COO of idealab!, a Pasadena-based creator and operator of Internet businesses. She spent 15 years at office products leader Avery Dennison, where she advanced through several key executive management positions of increasing scope and responsibility. Her most recent position at Avery was Group Vice President for Worldwide Office Products, a $1.4 billion division with 41 operations worldwide.
