Cadmus Taps Former James River Exec as Chief Financial Officer

RICHMOND, Va., Aug. 8 - Cadmus Communications Corporation today announced that Stephen E. Hare is joining the Company as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer effective September 24, 2001. When Hare joins the company, Bruce G. Willis, who is currently serving as the interim chief financial officer, will return to his prior position of vice president and controller.
Hare, 48, currently serves as chief financial officer for AMF Bowling Worldwide, Inc. and chief operating officer for AMF's international bowling centers. Hare joined this $715 million global recreational products and services company in 1996 and was responsible for all financial functions, human resources and information technology. From 1990 to 1996 Hare served as chief financial officer for James River Corporation and was responsible for all financial functions and information technology for this $6 billion global consumer paper products company. Prior to joining James River Corporation he served as senior vice president of Kidder, Peabody & Co. Hare is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA degree from the University of Notre Dame.
