Polaroid Graphics Imaging Announces Executive Changes, Part of Realignment

BEDFORD, MA, June 28, 2001 – Polaroid Graphics Imaging LLC (PGI), an industry leader in advanced automatic digital halftone proofing systems, has announced several executive appointments as part of the company's realignment plan to enhance customer service, product development and expansion of PGI's growing worldwide customer base. William O. Hayden has been appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and also assumes responsibility for all manufacturing and supply-chain activities relating to PGI's business. Dr. David W. McCarthy, Chief Technology Officer of PGI, advances to Vice President and General Manager of the company, with responsibility for sales and marketing as well as technology operations. Richard C. Deroo has been promoted to Director of Marketing and Strategic Alliances. In that capacity, he will maintain responsibilities for marketing activities and management of relationships involved in strategic partnerships and OEM sales. James McElhenny has been promoted to Regional Sales Director for PGI's Eastern territories, and will continue to manage the company's North American corporate account sales. Anthony P.
