Press release from the issuing company
INKISH has acquired 50% of the shares in Resolve Business Management, the publisher of Printing-Expo.online and Printing-Connect.online, with a letter of intent to purchase an additional 30% of the company over the next two years.
The global online platforms Printing-Connect and Printing-Expo serve one of the largest online audiences in the printing industry. “With a 3D exhibition experience and Printing-Connect as a community service, the match with INKISH is perfect, and we believe it aligns closely with our strategies for the coming years,” says INKISH CEO Henrik Klem Lassen.
“The future for platforms like ours must include original content to remain relevant,” Resolve CEO Wayne Beckett explains. “With the two companies now collaborating, we can achieve our objectives more effectively.”
Since 2014, INKISH has concentrated on content creation. Today, we publish case studies from printing companies, report on industry events and exhibitions, and release two magazine titles and various books. With Printing-Expo.online and Printing-Connect.online, we can reach a broader audience and develop services that address some of the new products and services we plan to offer soon.
Wayne Beckett and Chris Watson will continue their employment and play significant roles in building the platforms moving forward.
Printing Connect and Printing Expo will operate as individual brands and independent legal entities. In the coming month, some of their products and services will be updated to align with both companies' future visions.
Morten B. Reitoft will become editor-in-chief and responsible for content creation on Printing-Connect.online. “We will develop original content for the platform, and the nearly 100,000 users will soon notice the changes. Printing-Connect.online will facilitate our educational efforts, previously delivered under the INKISH brand ‘Learn With Us’; this will be expanded on the platform. We will very soon showcase videos focused on tips, tricks, learning, and the utilization of technology,” Morten B. Reitoft continues.
