Press release from the issuing company
Syncro Soft is proud to announce the release of Oxygen Feedback 5.1 for both Cloud and Enterprise editions!
Version 5.1 continues to bolster the all-in-one solution designed to enhance community engagement and feedback collection while empowering documentation with an integrated, robust search engine and AI assistant for seamless usability. The focus of this release was to implement a variety of additions and enhancements to the AI features.
The AI Assistant chatbot now appears in a non-modal window, enhancing the browsing and interaction experience. Users are now able to rate the usefulness of AI Assistant replies, while admins and moderators can view the ratings to gauge the effectiveness of the AI Assistant. Admins and moderators can also view the entire conversation threads that users have sent to the AI Assistant on each particular site to gain valuable insights into how users engage with the AI. They also have access to advanced filtering options to help them quickly locate certain types of threads.
The organization and site dashboard pages now contain additional components with information about AI Assistant usage along with convenient links that navigate to pages with more details.
The usage statistics pages now also contain more information and metrics about AI usage. The new AI Assistant Search Summaries metric enhances user understanding by providing detailed insights into search summaries, including successful results and chat continuation. The updated AI Assistant Threads tables empower users to analyze thread metrics based on reply usefulness, improving user engagement and response effectiveness.
This release also includes various security enhancements, important component updates, and bug fixes.
