Vantage Software Brings Efficiency to Print and Signage Installations with Latest Release

Press release from the issuing company

Vantage launches version 4.0, introducing a major update designed to enhance installation project management for print and sign shops. Highlights include a new mobile app, integration with Lift ERP, expanded synchronization capabilities, and customizable workflows.

Vantage, an installation management software tool for the wide-format print and signage industry, announces the release of Vantage 4.0, a major update with significant improvements in performance and user experience.

The new release went live today, Monday December 9th, 2024, and provides print and sign shops with purpose-built features that streamline their installation workflow, from planning to client reporting.

Features include:

Automated syncing
Vantage integrates with MIS and ERP systems like Lift ERP from Durst, becoming the central data source for project managers and installation vendors. Users can import campaigns from their existing systems and set up work for installers in seconds while Vantage continuously syncs all the progress between the two systems.

Job management
Vantage’s drag-and-drop calendar makes scheduling work for installers faster. With a bird's-eye view, users can easily assign work to crews - be that in-house, freelance or vendor companies - set deadlines, and track progress in real time. Important updates are instantly shared with the team, keeping everyone aligned.

Issues reporting
Vantage makes issue resolution more effective by allowing installers to report problems, such as material shortages or other challenges, directly within the system. It instantly notifies the right people, enabling them to take timely action. By addressing issues promptly, users can keep installations on track and customers happy.

Submitting photos for event sign-off
Vantage simplifies the sign-off process by enabling installers to share photos of completed installations with project managers in the mobile app. This provides a clear and immediate completion report, allowing project managers and clients to verify that the work meets the required standards.

The latest update has been tested by a number of customers over the past month, ahead of its general release.

Rob Harris, VP at CSI, has been one of those testers.

“When using our previous method of managing installations, we had several moving parts: calendar, email, Google Forms; all of these separate pieces have to come together and be managed manually,” says Rob. He continues: “Vantage integrates directly with our MIS system so that we can have one point of data, and it becomes much easier to centralize that data and organize it.”

Roksoliana Sydorska, Product Manager at Vantage, is enthusiastic about the new release, commenting: “We’re so excited to introduce Vantage 4.0. This update is the culmination of thousands of hours of work from our development team, and a huge amount of collaboration, feedback, and ongoing discussions with our users. We’re delivering exactly what print and sign shops need to get more done in less time and with fewer manual processes.”
