The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) held their 4th Quarter 2024 workshops November 13-15, 2024, at DirectMail2.0’s headquarters in Clearwater, Florida.

DirectMail2.0 maximizes omnichannel performance by integrating the latest mailing technology with real-time reporting and digital components to lift engagement and response on direct mail campaigns. Partnering with printers, direct mail service providers and agencies, DM2.0 provides white-label add-on services that bring direct mail into the 21st Century.

GCLI members were welcomed by DM2.0 CEO and Co-Founder Bradley Kugler and heard presentations from DirectMail2.0 team members, Morgan DiGiorgio and Payton Nolan.

Lemay Sanchez, Co-Founder and CEO of PlanProphet, a comprehensive, fully integrated enterprise software solution provider, presented a thought-provoking overview of the impact that technology, including AI, will continue to have on industry business processes. PlanProphet’s rapid growth is testimony to their superior technology and their commitment to the highest level of client services.

Workshop topics focused on planning for Cap-X and technology investments along with leadership skills training. Members worked on case studies in group discussion, collectively attempting to solve problems and manage conflicts presented in each case.

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI), a comprehensive three-year program for rising industry professionals, consists of four quarterly workshops, each one focusing on core elements of business management and organizational leadership. The group meets at various locations including leading industry manufacturers/suppliers and at some of the industry’s finest service providers. Due to the program’s popularity, a Graduate level group was formed in 2024 to address the next level interests of GCLI graduates.

Now in its fourth year, GCLI was founded by Mike Philie (The Philie Group) and Joe Truncale (Alexander Joseph & Associates). Successfully launched in 2021, the Institute continues to grow as forward-looking organizations address the challenge of retaining talent by investing in the leadership development of their key people.

GCLI is a rigorous, cutting-edge leadership development program specifically designed to prepare the next generation of business leaders with a well-rounded foundation in leadership and managerial expertise while developing a valuable peer network.

GCLI admissions are on a rolling basis, allowing participants to enroll in time for the next session.
