During the event, an Optima2 flexo press will feature the latest version of SOMA’s anilox management and enhanced automation; while the SOMA Optima press will be demonstrated with TubeTech technology.

The event also offers visitors to presentation sessions to explore how automation and artificial intelligence may combine to revolutionize flexo print quality, efficiency, and sustainability, reshaping flexo printing for the future.

In live demonstrations of the SOMA Optima2 and the SOMA Optima TubeTech flexo presses, and the SOMA S-Mount plate mounter, SOMA will be highlighting:

Automated Changeover: In just minutes SOMA will perform a full, automated job changeover, from plate mounting to press makeready, ensuring precision, minimal downtime & waste, and flawless print quality.

Anilox Management: SOMA will be showcasing its advanced anilox management system, a revolutionary way to guarantee consistent, high performance for every anilox in a printer’s inventory. It has been designed to maintain peak anilox efficiency and quality, ensuring a company’s flexographic printing process remains reliable.

SOMA Optima TubeTech: SOMA will be introducing the Optima TubeTech, a specialized flexographic press created to handle the unique challenges of printing on tube and casing materials, ensuring precise, high-quality print. This cutting-edge technology allows for edge-to-edge printing on tubing substrates, delivering remarkable front-to-back side registration.
