St. Louis, Missouri — SBPI Graphics, a nationwide market leader in wide format and point-of-purchase graphics, today announced the acquisition of Kopytek, Inc., and Print it Big!®, LLC, a nationwide provider of wide format printing, 3M® certified graphic installation, and digital printing. This strategic acquisition will enhance SBPI Graphics’ portfolio, enabling the company to offer a fully integrated, comprehensive suite of services to its portfolio of national clients. The new entity will be known as Print it Big® powered by SBPI Graphics.
Kopytek, Inc. and Print it Big!® will integrate with SBPI Graphics’ operations, team, and offerings, leveraging its expertise to drive growth and innovation in the market.

Henry and Peterson said the combined entity will make Print it Big!® powered by SBPI Graphics the largest wide format printer in the bi-state area, with the largest array of product offerings in the Midwest. All sales, production and human resources are expected to join with the company in a consolidated facility centrally located in St. Louis, Missouri.
