What can you do right now to make yourself work smarter and more efficiently? How can you multitask better? How can you utilize more of your brain? How can you help your managers, employees and other stakeholders make better business decisions? People are endlessly fascinated with what brain science can do for them. And rightly so. Our brains are a three-pound powerhouse with outsized impact and upsized potential.

This fascinating and entertaining session will be presented by Dr. Marc Hurwitz, Co-founder and Chief Insight Officer of at FliP University, which teaches evidence-based courses that fuel collaboration, enhance creativity, and develop today’s workplace capabilities. He holds a PhD in cognitive neuroscience, an MBA, master’s degrees in physics and mathematics, and has years of corporate, executive, and entrepreneurial experience. He’s also on the faculty of the Conrad Centre for Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology, and a professor at the University of Waterloo, teaching leadership, entrepreneurship and consulting.

Marc is known for being entertaining, engaging, interesting, and insightful, and is anything but a ‘woolly-headed academic.’ He’s a neuroscientist with hands-on business experience that make him uniquely ‘pracademic.’ His ideas and solutions are deeply rooted in science, yet extremely practical and easy to apply. You’ll come away with real-world tips that you can use to improve yourself and your business right away! Learn how to ‘optimize’ your brain and the brains around you through:
