Montreal, June 22, 2001 - Richard Corbo, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cenosis inc. (ME:CE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Alexandre Taillefer as a director of the company.
Mr. Taillefer, possesses broad experience in the area of interactive technologies and is currently a senior parnter of Etapism Inc., a consulting firm, and a director of Canoe. He founded Intellia, one of the first Canadian multimedia companies in 1993 and partnered with Quebecor Multimedia in 1996. Intellia grew quickly from about two dozen employees to nearly 150 at the time of its merger in 1999 with Informission, a Quebec information technology company. He then led an aggressive growth strategy which saw the company, renamed Nurun, achieve international stature with sales of over $100 million.
